CDM Regulations 2015
Construction (Design and Management) regulations can often be misunderstood by new personnel, a problem which can lead to accidents, non-compliance or even prosecution. To combat the issue, the HSE have been targeting sites involving construction works, and it is more prudent than ever to make sure your knowledge of regulations is accurate and up-to-date. In this one-day course, we cover the latest legal issues, including liabilities and obligations, roles and responsibilities of duty holders, selection of competent staff and understanding the relevant documentation.
