Who should attend
Anyone can attend the Mental Health Awareness course, but an interest in mental health and wellbeing is desirable.
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of the course, delegates should be aware, that some people can find certain parts of the course difficult, although our instructors help everyone to feel safe and comfortable with the content.
