In this practical one-day workshop, attendees will learn the key concepts behind effective management of their time and priorities. They will learn valuable tools, tips and techniques which challenge their approach to their own workload and help them to regain control of their working day, as well as finding a successful work/life balance.
Aims and Objectives
This course aims to teach attendees valuable skills in prioritising their tasks by urgency and importance, create effective to-do lists, combat procrastination, manage and reduce their own stress, and learning to plan in the short, medium and long-term. It will help deliver useful tools and techniques for effective time management, as well as how to control interruptions, be assertive in saying “no", and influencing the behaviour of others.
