ND2 – Case study (simulation only) – approx. 40 hours.

ND3 - Case study (simulation only) – approx. 40 hours.

Part of unit ND1 will require you to undertake some workplace-based activities.  You will, therefore, need to ensure that you select a suitable workplace/organisation (this does not have to be you own; it just needs to be suitable).

All assessments can be done remotely i.e. You are not required to attend an invigilated examination venue.  You will be notified of your assessment release date (NEBOSH have 2 per year) for each unit and from that date you will be able to download the assessment paper and start work on your assessment.  Your completed assessment must then be uploaded/submitted to NEBOSH. With the following time periods:

ND1:  6 weeks.

ND2:  4 weeks.

ND3:  4 weeks.

You cannot take all 3 assessments at the same sitting, as this is not practicably possible, or desirable for most learners.   These assessments are a substantial undertaking, so you will need to spend more time completing each of them.  Once you have submitted your assessment for marking, you will be required to go through a ‘professional discussion’ with us.

Learners must achieve a minimum of a ‘Pass’ in all three units to achieve the full qualification.  The percentage marks of all 3 units are combined.  Once the 3rd successful unit has been completed, you will be issued with a qualification parchment.
