This course is designed to provide a sound foundation to the fundamental elements of environmental management. The course looks at environmental management systems and impact assessments, sources and use of energy and energy efficiency, control of pollution, planning for and dealing with environmental emergencies.

The full NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety full qualification (inc NGC1) is designed to deliver the knowledge and confidence that learners need to meet their health and safety responsibilities in the construction workplace, as well as enabling them to undertake safety inspections. This 13-day course, plus 2 exams, covers a range of hazards and systems for managing them, as well as offering an insight into construction law.

The NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management – Full qualification (inc NGC1) course covers 3 modules which are the fundamental topics of health and safety management and fire safety, as well as the current legislation and legal requirements.

The NEBOSH National General Certificate is recognised as the standard qualification in health and safety for the non-safety specialist. It is the most widely held health and safety qualification in the UK! OMS have an excellent pass rate of above 90% on this course, which is consistently higher than the national average. The new NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety has been designed, following extensive research, to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and understanding required in the modern workplace. From 1st May 2021, this new qualification will be recognised as the standard qualification in health and safety for the non-safety specialist with Fire Safety responsibilities. This is now a standalone qualification and does not require any shared units from the National General Certificate.
