Assembling, dismantling, moving and using mobile access towers can be a dangerous business, with a high risk of personal injury both to those involved and those nearby. In this course, we look to train delegates to a high level of competence in the assembly, disassembly, inspection and use of these towers . The course also looks at current legislation and guidance, and contains both a written and practical assessment.

This one-day course combines the PASMA courses on scaffold and low-level towers, and offers a clear insight into the legislation, guidelines, details and potential hazards of their use. It looks at how to safely assemble, dismantle, relocate and use both low-level access units and scaffold towers, as well as looking at the potential threats they may cause.

In this half-day course, personnel who work from prefabricated units under 2.5 m in height, will gain an insight into the regulations, legislation, and product standards of such units, and how to avoid hazards. The course combines a written and practical assessment.

This course covers current Legislation, Regulations and Guidance affecting work at height with mobile access towers, PASMA Code of Practice, a look at assembling, altering and dismantling mobile access towers incorporating current best practice for fall protection, inspection of completed mobile access towers and completion of Tower Inspection Records.

This course is to train delegates to a high level of competence to assemble, dismantle, alter, move, inspect and use a mobile access tower on stairs without risk of personal injury to themselves or anyone who may be affected by their work, give an understanding of the legal issues affecting work at height with mobile access towers, the product standards, and a thorough knowledge of the hazards affecting the use of mobile access towers on stairs.
