Duration
This is dependant on the units chosen at the time of booking.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites, this programme is aimed at people who are in their first management role to give them the skills and tools they need to be effective first line managers. The length of this programme depends on the units chosen, but is likely to be 12 or 13 days of training (plus the relevant assignments that go with those modules). As a result, this programme requires a big commitment from both the organisation and the individual. There is one mandatory unit, which is on Solving Problems and Making Decisions. After that, we can choose from the various groups of modules. If you are going to advertise this out, it might be worth us having a conversation first and defining a programme as a starting point, which could be tweaked if required by a client. I have included some general objectives below, but these could probably do with being updated once we have built a programme as there is a huge amount of scope with this one.
