According to The Provision and Use of Work Equipment (PUWER) 1998 act, all staff who use abrasive wheels must have proper training. This qualification is designed for tradespeople, or qualified electricians, who work in the electrical industry and are involved in meeting the requirements for electrical installations, to BS7671. Essentially, you will want to make sure if you are working in electrical installation that you are designing and installing to the latest regulations. In fact, every installation from January 2019 will need to be designed in line with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
